VENUE AND TIMES

The School classes begin at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, May 1 and continue through 12 noon on Friday, May 5. Classes are held on the fourth floor of the Illini Center, 200 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL. For the most up-to-date information, please consult www.illinoiseminars.com/tbs.

LODGING

A block of rooms at the Union League Club of Chicago, 65 W. Jackson Blvd. has been reserved for the period of April 29-May 6, 2017, for the School participants at a specially negotiated rate of $191, with breakfast included. Chicago has many conventions and rooms may be very difficult to find. Make your reservations by April 7, 2017 to be guaranteed a room at the negotiated rate. Be sure mention the TBS room block.  The Union League Club of Chicago does enforce a business casual dress code.  If you prefer a hotel without a dress code, you can contact the Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Downtown, 733 West Madison Street, at 800-972-2494.  The booking link is "Transmission Business School" and the cut-off date is March 29, 2017.  Please mention Group Code TB2 when making reservations to receive the discounted rate of $189. ENROLLMENT

The School fees are $2,995 per person. A limited number of scholarships is available for federal and state government agency employees. Contact Lynnea Johnson at (217) 649-6543 or lsjohnson@illinoiseminars.com for additional details. The number of available registrations is limited. Each participant will receive a confirmed registration upon receipt of payment. Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to the conference will be refunded in full, less an administrative fee of $600. Thereafter, there will be no refunds; however, substitutions may be made at any time.

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS

The School attendees may earn 3.2 continuing education units (CEUs) or 32 general continuing legal education (CLE) hours, or 32 continuing professional education (CPE) hours (these numbers vary by state.)
